  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk Key ingredient for creaminess.
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder Opt for Dutch-processed cocoa for richer flavor.

Preparation
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat.
  2. Stir continuously for 5-7 minutes until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the unsweetened cocoa powder until thoroughly combined.
  4. Line a small square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easier removal.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly with a spatula.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  7. Lift out the fudge using the parchment paper and cut into squares.

Notes
