- In a medium saucepan, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat.
- Stir continuously for 5-7 minutes until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the unsweetened cocoa powder until thoroughly combined.
- Line a small square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easier removal.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Lift out the fudge using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
