Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 8 oz Farfalle or rotini pasta
Proteins
  • 6 oz Salami, sliced Choose a high-quality, cured salami for the best flavor.
Dairy
  • 8 oz Mozzarella cheese, cubed Opt for fresh, whole milk mozzarella for a creamier texture.
Vegetables
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup Black olives, chopped
  • 1 Bell peppers, diced
  • 1/2 cup Red onion, finely chopped
Homemade Italian Salad Dressing
  • 1/3 cup Olive oil Can be substituted with avocado oil for a different flavor.
  • 1/4 cup Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • to taste Salt and pepper Always season your dressing well.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, sliced salami, cubed mozzarella cheese, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped black olives, diced bell peppers, and finely chopped red onion.
  3. Drizzle with homemade Italian salad dressing, tossing gently until everything is well coated.
  4. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together. Enjoy!

Notes

For a healthier option, consider adding spinach or cucumbers. Storage: Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Avoid freezing as it affects the pasta and vegetable textures.
