- In a skillet, cook the ground beef or lamb over medium heat until browned (about 5-7 minutes), draining excess fat.

- Stir in frozen peas and Worcestershire sauce; season with salt and pepper and let simmer for another minute.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares (about 4 inches per side).
- Place a spoonful of the meat mixture and a dollop of mashed potatoes on each square.
- Fold the pastry over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Brush the tops with the egg wash.
- Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
